Terms and Conditions Effective Date: August 25, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Midwest Renew Power Washing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit/debit card, and electronic transfer.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.
- Invoices unpaid after 7 calendar days may result in service suspension until payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a fee equal to 5% of the quoted service total.
- No fee will be charged for cancellations due to severe weather, emergencies, or mutual agreement.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid delays or fees.
- All cancellation or rescheduling notices must be submitted via email to washwithvanguard@gmail.com.
Service Guarantee
- We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 48 hours of service for a complimentary touch-up or resolution.
- Requests made after 48 hours may be subject to additional charges.
- All service concerns or requests must be submitted via email to midwestrenew@gmail.com.
Property Access & Preparation
- Customer must ensure clear access to all areas scheduled for cleaning, including removal of vehicles, furniture, debris, or obstructions.
- If access is restricted or unsafe, services may be rescheduled or modified at our discretion, and additional fees may apply.
- Pets must be secured indoors during service hours.
- Any access limitations or special instructions must be submitted via email to midwestrenew@gmail.com prior to service.
Water & Power Usage
- Customer grants permission to use on-site water and electrical outlets as needed to complete services.
- If utilities are unavailable, customer must notify us via email at midwestrenew@gmail.com in advance. Additional charges may apply for portable equipment or water tanks.
Surface Conditions & Limitations
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, cracked surfaces, or deterioration due to age or poor installation.
- Pressure washing may reveal or worsen existing flaws. Customer assumes all risk for surfaces with compromised integrity.
- We use industry-standard techniques and adjust pressure based on surface type, but results may vary.
- Any known surface issues or vulnerabilities must be disclosed via email to midwestrenew@gmail.com prior to service.
Weather Delays
- Services may be postponed due to rain, lightning, high winds, or other hazardous conditions.
- We will notify you promptly and reschedule at no additional cost.
Environmental & Chemical Disclosure
- We use biodegradable and EPA-compliant cleaning solutions whenever possible.
- Customer must notify us via email at midwestrenew@gmail.com of any environmental restrictions, sensitive vegetation, or water runoff concerns prior to service.
- While we take precautions to protect landscaping, we are not liable for damage to plants, grass, or soil caused by runoff or overspray. Liability & Insurance
- Midwest Renew Power Washing LLC is fully insured for general liability and property damage.
- We are not liable for:
- Damage resulting from improper installation, poor surface condition, or failure to disclose known issues.
- Water intrusion due to faulty seals, cracks, or open windows.
- Electrical damage from exposed outlets or fixtures.
- Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from service performance unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Photo & Video Documentation
- We may take before-and-after photos and video footage for quality assurance, training, marketing, and YouTube content creation under the Ambulo Oddities brand.
- Footage may include general exterior views, cleaning processes, and surface transformations.
- We will not include identifying features such as license plates, house numbers, or faces without prior consent.
- If you prefer not to have your property included in any public-facing content, you must notify us via email at midwestrenew@gmail.com prior to service.
- By receiving services without written objection, you grant permission for non-identifying media to be used in promotional and educational content.
Estimates & Quotes
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual square footage, surface condition, or scope changes.
- Additional services requested on-site may be subject to separate charges.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes must be submitted in writing via email to midwestrenew@gmail.com within 7 days of service.
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
- If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and subject to jurisdiction in Grundy County.
Service Area
- Services are primarily offered in Grundy County and surrounding counties. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard radius.
Marketing & Promotions
- Promotional offers, discounts, or referral credits must be applied at time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied.
- Only one discount may be used per service unless otherwise stated.
Privacy & Data
- Customer information is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communication purposes.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By scheduling or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated periodically and will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
